1. ENQUIRY
Get in touch with us to arrange a consultation.
2. DEFINING YOUR VISION
We value clear, open, and collaborative communication when we meet with the draftsman, so we can bring all your ideas to the table and make sure they’re taken on board. We’ll work closely with you to discover what you really want, from colour schemes to functionality, once the draft plans are completed.
3. QUOTATION AND APPROVAL
We will send you a preliminary quote for your project. Once it’s approved and the deposit is paid, we will begin bringing your ideas to life.
5. THE FINER DETAILS
Once pricing and plans are locked down, you can begin hand-picking the products, colour schemes, materials, fixtures, fittings, and other inclusions, with guidance from our experts.
6. PLANNING PERMISSION AND APPROVALS
We’ll create detailed plans and submit the paperwork to your local authorities for building permits. We’ll liaise with the building surveyor to obtain full approval, and take care of any necessary revisions should you wish us to.
7. CONSTRUCTION AND SIGN-OFF
The build team will begin construction. You will be given regular access to the site, and regular updates from Paul (Supervisor), who will remain a part of the build until the end.
